According to reports from the TASS news agency, Russian President Putin has issued a decree stating that by the end of this year, foreign buyers of natural gas can not only use the authorized intermediary Gazprombank to pay for gas supplies, but also use other Russian banks to pay in rubles. The decree will take effect on Monday, September 22nd.
