Announcement from Guiyan Platinum Industry: The company plans to issue A-shares to no more than 35 specific investors, raising a total amount of funds not exceeding 1.291 billion yuan. After deducting the issuance expenses, the funds will be used for the construction of the national key laboratory platform for precious metal functional materials, the construction of the precious metal new material AI laboratory, the modern industrial base project for secondary resource enrichment and recycling of precious metals, the green recycling project for secondary resources of precious metals, the industrialization project for deep processing and intelligent upgrading of precious metal alloy functional new materials, and supplementary working capital.
