Bohai Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. (02889.HK) will be seeking to raise funding through a global offering of 10.43 million H shares from September 22 to September 25.

The Zhito Financial APP announced that Bote Car Convergence (02889.HK) will be listed from September 22nd to September 25th, 2025. They plan to globally issue 10.4369 million H shares, with 10% of the shares being sold in Hong Kong and 90% being sold internationally. Unless otherwise announced, the offering price will be HK $102.23 per share. Each lot will contain 20 H shares, and it is expected that the H shares will start trading on the Stock Exchange on September 30th, 2025 at 9:00 am.
