At 16:00 on September 21, the Department of Natural Resources of Henan Province and the Henan Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a yellow alert for geological disaster weather risk: From 20:00 on September 21 to 20:00 on September 22, there is a high risk of landslides, debris flows, and other geological disasters in a total of 25 counties including Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Pingdingshan, Xuchang, Sanmenxia, and Jiyuan.
