Building a bridge of friendship between China and Germany, the Duisburg Chinese Festival opens.

On the 19th local time, the three-day Duisburg China Festival opened at the landmark building of the Stadttheater Duisburg in Duisburg, Germany, attracting tens of thousands of local people to participate. On that day, Chinese Consul General in Dsseldorf, Yu Yong, the First Deputy Speaker of North Rhine-Westphalia, Gerhard Schmler, and the Mayor of Duisburg, Link, attended the event and jointly announced the opening of the China Festival.
