Guanchung Ecological announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Qingdao Guanchung Investment Group Co., Ltd., and the actual controllers Li Chunlin and Xu Jianping are planning for the change of control of the company, which may result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder and actual controllers. Upon application, the company's stock and convertible bonds will be suspended from trading starting September 22, 2025, with an expected suspension period of no more than 2 trading days. During the suspension period, the conversion of convertible bonds will be temporarily halted.
