Sunflower: intends to purchase 100% equity of high-end semiconductor material company Xi Pu Materials and other assets, stock resumption.

Sunflower announced that the company plans to acquire 100% equity of Zhangzhou Xi Pu Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and 40% equity of Zhejiang Beide Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and payment of cash, and raise matching funds. The company's stock will resume trading on September 22, 2025. Xi Pu Materials is mainly engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of high-end semiconductor materials, including semiconductor-grade high-purity electronic special gases, silicon-based precursors, metal-based precursors, etc., which are widely used in key process steps such as diffusion, etching, and thin film deposition in semiconductor manufacturing processes. Beide Pharmaceutical, as a subsidiary of Sunflower, is mainly engaged in the research, manufacturing, and sales of anti-infective, cardiovascular, digestive system drugs, etc.
