Chen Maobo: The Hong Kong Northern Development Operation Mode Design Group will hold its first meeting this month.

The Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government, Paul Chan Mo-po, expressed today that the Northern Metropolis Area is an important platform for the restructuring of Hong Kong's industrial structure, and can better achieve the coordinated development of "finance + innovation and technology + trade" engines. The "Development and Operation Model Design Group" led by Paul Chan will hold its first meeting this month. He pointed out that the core of the development work in the Northern Metropolis Area is "targeted and flexible methods", that is, to clearly link the development of the Northern Metropolis Area with industrial landing, set this as the goal of all work, and actively explore innovative, flexible, and feasible solutions from different aspects such as legal frameworks, administrative procedures, and financing schemes, to accelerate the promotion of the Northern Metropolis Area and the entry of industries, and to achieve the development goals of the Northern Metropolis Area more quickly.
