Based on the past 48 hours of precipitation observations and the future 24-hour precipitation forecast, combined with the degree of susceptibility to geological disasters and considering the lag of geological disasters, the Qinghai Provincial Department of Natural Resources and the Qinghai Provincial Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a geological disaster meteorological risk warning. From 20:00 on September 20 to 20:00 on September 21: the geological disaster meteorological risk warning level for Hualong County in Haidong City, Qinghai Province is level II; the geological disaster meteorological risk warning level for Huangzhong District in Xining City, Ping'an District and Minhe County in Haidong City is level III, with a higher risk of geological disasters occurring due to meteorological factors.
