Wuhan and three other cities will host the pre-qualifying matches for the 2026 Women's Basketball World Cup.

The FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup qualification tournament will be held from March 11 to 17, 2026. FIBA recently announced that the games will be co-hosted by four cities: Istanbul, Turkey; Villeneuve d'Ascq, France; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Wuhan, China.
