European Central Bank President Lagarde: Inflation target has been reached but it is far from being completely worry-free.

According to the The Smarter Finance and Economics APP, ECB President Lagarde said that despite the EU reaching a trade agreement with the US and the successful achievement of the ECB's goal of stable prices, uncertainty still exists in the future economic outlook.
