He emphasized, "For Chinese entrepreneurs, the most important thing is subtraction, not addition. You may add many fancy features, but if you can't deliver, if you can't scale up, it's all in vain. You need to subtract, first of all, whether you can deliver in large quantities, that's the first step, then consider adding new features later."
