According to data from Wind Information, as of September 19, 99 listed companies have implemented private placements this year, with a total actual fundraising amount of 757.234 billion yuan, an increase of 534.49% compared to the same period last year. In addition to the companies that have already implemented private placements, the number of A-share companies that have announced private placement plans has also increased significantly this year.
