Bee Assistant Announcement: The company used its own funds to purchase 2.07 billion shares of Guangdong Fengdang Technology Co., Ltd. held by Guangzhou Xiaodang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., accounting for 30% of Fengdang Technology's total share capital. The total transaction amount is RMB 2.06 billion. After this transaction is completed, the company's holdings in Fengdang Technology will increase from 483 million shares to 690 million shares, and its proportion of total share capital will increase from 70% to 100%. Fengdang Technology will change from a subsidiary controlled by the company to a wholly-owned subsidiary.
