The Intelligent Financial News App reports that Youjia Innovation (02431.HK) announced that as of September 19, 2025, there have been changes in the composition of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors: Dr. Liu Guoqing, Chairman and Executive Director of the Board, will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee; Ms. Liu Yiran, Non-executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee. After the above changes, the Nomination Committee consists of three members, namely Dr. Xiangyang (Chairman), Dr. Tan Mingkui, and Ms. Liu Yiran.
