The chairman of the Tibet Mining Supervisory Committee has resigned due to retirement and will continue to serve until the revision of the articles is completed.

On September 19, 2025, Tibet Mining announced that it had received a written resignation report from the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Labajiangcun. Due to reaching the statutory retirement age, he applied to resign from the position of supervisor and chairman of the eighth Supervisory Board of the company. After resigning, he will not hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries. As his resignation will leave the Supervisory Board with fewer members than required by law, he will continue to serve until the company has revised its articles of association, at which point the Supervisory Board's powers will be exercised by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
