Announcement from Jiebang Precision Technology Co., Ltd.: The joint action agreement signed by the former actual controllers Xin Yunfeng, Yang Wei, and Yin Guanming will expire on September 20, 2025. Yin Guanming has decided not to renew the agreement, thus ending the joint action relationship between the three parties. In order to stabilize the control rights, Xin Yunfeng and Yang Wei have re-signed the agreement to continue their joint action. After this change, the actual controllers of the company have changed from the three individuals mentioned above to Xin Yunfeng and Yang Wei, who collectively hold 55.89% of the voting rights in the company.
