On September 19, 2025, Huafu Fashion Co., Ltd. announced that the transfer of a portion of shares by controlling shareholder Huafu Holdings to Xingjian Qinglong Fund has been completed, with the transfer date being September 18. On September 27, 2024, the two parties signed the "Share Transfer Agreement", with Huafu Holdings planning to transfer 100,340,200 shares at a price of 3.42 yuan per share, totaling 343,163,484 yuan. After the transfer, Huafu Holdings' shareholding decreased to 23.60%, with Xingjian Qinglong Fund holding 5.90% as the third largest shareholder, and committing not to reduce their holdings within 12 months. This transfer is compliant, does not involve a takeover bid, does not change the controlling shareholder or ultimate controller, and does not affect the company's operations.
