German car group establishes new company including the sale of new energy vehicles.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Kaili Zhongda Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd. was established, with Li Yandong as its legal representative. Its business scope includes: sales of new energy vehicles; automobile sales; motor vehicle repair and maintenance; retail of automotive parts; electric car sales; and sales of charging piles, etc. According to Qichacha's equity penetration display, the company is indirectly fully owned by Dezhong Automobile.
