Microsoft reaches $6.2 billion agreement for Norwegian AI infrastructure.

According to a statement on September 17th, Microsoft, Nscale, and Aker have reached a five-year agreement to build next-generation AI infrastructure in Narvik in northern Norway, with a contract value of up to $6.2 billion. The three parties will begin providing services in stages starting from 2026.
