Shaanxi Jinye: Vice President Feng Tao resigns, Chen Hongtuan takes over.

On September 17th, Shaanxi Jinye announced that due to a work adjustment, Feng Tao will no longer continue to serve as the company's vice president. As nominated by the company's CEO Yuan Hanyuan and reviewed by the Board Nomination Committee, Chen Hongtuan has been appointed as the company's vice president. The term of office will be from the date of approval at this Board meeting until the end of the eighth term of the Board of Directors of the company.
