Zhixin Financial APP news, Zhuangshi International (00367.HK) announced that the seller has officially received a total consideration of HK$538 million in cash from the buyer in Hong Kong (of which approximately HK$193 million has been officially paid to the bank to fully repay bank loans and interest), and the sale transaction was completed on September 17, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sales agreement.
