Shenjian Corporation, multiple directors resigned, plans to elect new directors and appoint an honorary chairman.

Recently, Anhui Shenjian New Materials Co., Ltd. announced that the Chairman and General Manager, Liu Zhijian, as well as directors Wang Zhihong and Li Chengyu, resigned on September 10th. Liu Zhijian resigned due to the long-term development and team-building needs of the company, while Wang Zhihong and Li Chengyu resigned due to work adjustments. All three individuals will continue to serve in the listed company. On September 17th, the 11th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors of the company approved the election of new directors and the appointment of an honorary Chairman. The proposed candidates for the new directors of the 6th Board of Directors are Wang Jinhua, Gao Wei, and Cao Cancan, whose terms will be approved by the shareholders' meeting and last until the end of the 6th Board of Directors. At the same time, Liu Zhijian was appointed as the honorary Chairman, with no fixed term, to provide consultation and advice to the company.
