In a notice from the Wisdom Financial APP, Fuyang (00352) announced that on September 12, 2025, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange, which included the following guidelines for resuming trading of shares: to provide evidence that the company complies with Listing Rule 13.24; and to inform the market of all significant information for the evaluation of the company's status by shareholders and investors. The company's shares will remain suspended.
