Taishan New Material's shareholder Huanan Investment pledged 5.5 million shares to repay debt.
Recently, Zhejiang Taihua New Materials Group Co., Ltd. issued a shareholder partial share pledge announcement. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, shareholder South China Investment holds 128,230,200 shares of the company, accounting for 14.40% of the total capital stock. In this pledge, 5.5 million shares were pledged to Galaxy Securities to repay debts, with the pledge period from September 17, 2025 to September 14, 2026. After this pledge, South China Investment has pledged a total of 54,000,000 shares, accounting for 42.11% of its holdings, and 6.07% of the total capital stock. South China Investment and its concerted action person Huaxiu Investment collectively hold 166,020,135 shares of the company, accounting for 18.65% of the total capital stock, with a total of 91,550,000 shares pledged, accounting for 55.14% of the combined holdings and 10.28% of the total capital stock. Shareholding percentage calculations are based on a total company capital stock of 890,292,633 shares as of September 10, 2025.
