University of Technology: Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China Coal Mine Construction Group

Gongda High-Tech announced that the company and China Coal Mine Construction Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement on September 16, 2025. The agreement aims to accelerate the layout of intelligent mines and extended sectors, collaboratively tackle key industry technologies, deepen business cooperation, and enhance industry influence. The cooperation includes smart mine construction and general contracting, underground mine three-dimensional traffic multi-mobile target signal control and intelligent dispatch command system, industrial internet platform, and big data cloud platform construction. The agreement is valid for three years, and if not notified 20 days before expiration, it will automatically renew for another year.
