Xu Chongxin seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, and life discipline, committing serious violations of duty and suspected bribery crimes. He has not corrected his behavior after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and his actions are serious and have had a negative impact. Therefore, he should be dealt with severely.
