Director Zhang Yuzhuo of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council introduced at the press conference on September 17th organized by the State Council Information Office that since the beginning of the "14th Five-Year Plan", central enterprises have cumulatively paid over 10 trillion yuan in taxes and fees, and transferred 1.2 trillion yuan of state-owned equity to the social security funds.
