On September 17, Zhang Yuzhuo, director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, introduced at a series of themed press conferences on "high-quality completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan" held by the State Council Information Office that after several years of efforts, the innovation capabilities of central enterprises have made significant progress, with R&D expenses exceeding one trillion yuan for three consecutive years.
