Lingbang Group announced on September 17th on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on August 8, 2025, a new subsidiary, Medialink Japan Co., Ltd., was established in Japan. This new subsidiary will expand the group's intellectual property ecosystem through exploring the following opportunities: (1) mergers or strategic investments in Japanese intellectual property-related companies; (2) joint investments in Japanese intellectual property; (3) establishing strategic partnerships with Japanese intellectual property owners and licensors. The new subsidiary will enhance the company's revenue streams by introducing a greater variety of non-Japanese intellectual property into the Japanese market.
