According to the Zhixun Financial APP, Tesla (TSLA.US) is currently under investigation by the US automotive safety regulatory agency for potential issues with the door handles on some Model Y vehicles. This issue could potentially result in passengers being trapped inside the vehicle. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) stated on Tuesday that they have initiated a "preliminary evaluation" into this issue. In this problem, the electronic door handles may lose power and become unusable. The investigation involves some 2021 model year Model Y vehicles.
