The Ministry of Commerce and 9 other departments have issued the "Several Policy Measures on Expanding Service Consumption". The measures propose to increase support for consumer credit. Support local governments in sharing consumer credit risks through new established or inclusion of existing risk compensation special funds, carry out interest subsidies for consumer loans in key areas, guide financial institutions and merchants to cooperate in developing products and services suitable for the characteristics of service consumption, and form a combination of "government subsidies + financial support + merchant discounts".
