China Shipbuilding Technology has established a new energy development company which includes wind power generation related businesses.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, China Ship Wind Power New Energy Development Co., Ltd. was established, with Tu Silei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, power supply, wind power generation technology services, and sales of onshore wind turbine units. Equity penetration information from Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by China Ship Technology.
