"Artificial Intelligence Security Governance Framework" 2.0 released
On September 15th, the 2.0 version of the "Artificial Intelligence Security Governance Framework" was officially released at the main forum of the National Cybersecurity Publicity Week 2025. In accordance with the "Global Artificial Intelligence Governance Initiative", the 1.0 version of the "Artificial Intelligence Security Governance Framework" was released in September 2024 and received widespread attention domestically and internationally. Over the past year, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and applications, in order to deal with new opportunities and challenges, under the guidance of the National Cyberspace Administration, the National Internet Emergency Response Center led the organization of artificial intelligence professional institutions, research institutes, and industry enterprises to jointly formulate the 2.0 version of the "Framework". As a national internet security standard committee technical document, the 2.0 version of the "Framework", based on the 2024 version, continuously tracks changes in risks, improves and optimizes risk classification, researches and explores risk grading, dynamically adjusts and updates prevention and governance measures in conjunction with the development and application of artificial intelligence technology.
