Shanghai Financial Regulatory Bureau took the lead in organizing the Financial Education Week activities in its jurisdiction for the year 2025.

On September 15, under the joint guidance of the Shanghai Financial Regulatory Bureau, the People's Bank of China Shanghai Headquarters, the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau, and the Shanghai Local Financial Management Bureau, the Shanghai Banking Association and the Shanghai Insurance Association jointly held the launch ceremony of the 2025 Shanghai Financial Education Promotion Week with the theme "Protecting Financial Rights to Support a Better Life" at the China Financial Information Center. Representatives from the Shanghai Financial Regulatory Bureau, the People's Bank of China Shanghai Headquarters, the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau, and the Shanghai Municipal Financial Office attended the event, with representatives from more than one hundred financial institutions and citizens participating in the event.
