On the afternoon of September 13th local time, an explosion occurred in a bar in the Puente de Vallecas district of Madrid, Spain, injuring at least 14 people, one of whom is in serious condition. According to the Madrid Emergency Services, the explosion also affected the residential building above the bar. Rescue operations were immediately launched at the scene of the accident. The cause of the explosion is currently under investigation.
