Chinese Cell and Gene Therapy Alliance Founded

On September 12th, the China Cell and Gene Therapy Conference opened. The conference was co-hosted by the Zhongguancun Science City Management Committee and the CSGCT China Cell and Gene Therapy Alliance. The "Blue Book on the Development and Regulation of China's Cell and Gene Therapy Industry" was released at the event, providing authoritative references for industry and regulatory dialogue to promote the development of core technologies in CGT, multi-omics and precision medicine, brain-machine interfaces, and AI healthcare. In addition, the China Cell and Gene Therapy Alliance was also established at the event, with the alliance planning comprehensive strategies in policy support, academic research, clinical trials, industry implementation, international cooperation, talent development, and public education. The alliance is committed to addressing the common challenges faced by the CGT industry in China, accelerating the integration of Chinese CGT products into the global consumer market, and promoting technological innovation and industrial development in gene and cell therapy in China to reach globally advanced levels.
