Beijing Meteorological Bureau issued a blue warning for strong winds at 15:50 on September 13th: affected by intense convective clouds, it is expected that from 17:00 to 22:00 on the 13th, some areas of Beijing will experience short-lived strong winds of 7-9 levels, with gusts in some places reaching over 10 levels.
