The first international social organization normative document in our country was introduced.

The Ministry of Civil Affairs today released the "Model Articles of Association for International Social Organizations", providing examples for revising the articles of association of international social organizations registered in China. This is the first normative document in China for the management of international social organizations. The "Model Articles of Association for International Social Organizations" stipulates that international social organizations should adhere to internationalism in their operations, and should not deviate from the promotion of international cooperation and exchanges in terms of purpose, scope of business, and composition of members. In terms of member composition, they can recruit members from a wide range of fields, and foreign members who meet the requirements should account for at least 1/3 of the total membership, and at least one foreign language should be chosen as a working language.
