The methods of spreading rumors and blackening the reputation of each car company are highly similar, including using AI to generate false information, insulting car owners in the comments section, and releasing negative articles before a new car launch. Some platforms even manipulate the titles to attract different traffic to positive and negative content with the same information. Our legal department has collected evidence from hundreds of accounts this year, filed dozens of lawsuits, and is waiting for each case to go to court. Several cases have also been reported to the police and are currently being investigated. This joint special operation by six departments aims to crack down on black PR and online water armies, requiring internet platforms to enhance identification and control of fake accounts and trolls using AI technology, in order to create a clean and healthy industry environment for the development of the Chinese automotive industry."
