According to this agreement, Tianchi Energy has agreed to increase its capital to the target company by 35 million RMB in cash, which will serve as the target company's registered capital. After the increase, the group and Tianchi Energy will respectively hold approximately 61% and 39% of the target company's equity, and the target company will continue to be a subsidiary of the company and its financial statements will continue to be consolidated into the group's consolidated financial statements.
