Gansu Bank: President and Executive Director Wang Xizhen resigns.

On the evening of September 12th, Gansu Bank announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors recently received the resignation of Wang Xizhen, the President and Executive Director of the Bank, for reasons of job transfer. Wang Xizhen requested to resign from his positions as the President, Executive Director, and member of the Strategy Development Committee, Related Party Transactions and Risk Control Committee, and Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank. Wang Xizhen will no longer serve in the Bank starting from September 12, 2025.
