Shengda Resources announced that on September 11, 2025, an accident occurred in the mine construction of Keshiketeng Banner Dongsheng Mining Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company. The incident involved a rock fall in a supported roadway, where a rock suddenly fell from the top right wall of the roadway about 7 meters away from the working face, hitting and tragically killing a rock drilling worker from Zhejiang Metallurgical Construction Group Limited. After the accident, Dongsheng Mining Co., Ltd. immediately activated the emergency response plan, carried out emergency rescues, organized rescue operations, and reported to local emergency management authorities in accordance with regulations and procedures. The specific cause of the accident is still under investigation, and the company will fully cooperate with the investigation and follow-up work. In accordance with relevant regulations, underground operations at Dongsheng Mining Co., Ltd. have been temporarily suspended, and post-accident and related work are being carried out in an orderly manner.
