Goer shares: Increase capital by 200 million yuan to Goer Optics.

Gol shares an announcement that the company's holding subsidiary, Gol Optical Technology Co., Ltd., intends to acquire 100% equity of Shunyuolai Wei Na Optical Co., Ltd. and Shunyuolai Wei Na Optoelectronic Information Technology Co., Ltd. from the trading party by increasing its registered capital by 530 million yuan. After the completion of the transaction, the company's shareholding in Gol Optical will decrease from 56.6560% to 37.7707%, remaining the largest shareholder. The company and Ningbo Shunyuolai Technology Co., Ltd. intend to respectively increase their investment in Gol Optical by 200 million yuan to subscribe for an additional 55,640,600 yuan of newly added registered capital. After the capital increase is completed, the company's shareholding in Gol Optical will increase to 38.5713%.
