Korla: Plans to raise funds not exceeding 1.06 billion yuan for investment in the Korla Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Park project and additional working capital.

Kohler announces that it plans to raise no more than 1.06 billion yuan through a private placement, which will be used for investing in the Kohler Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park project and supplementing working capital after deducting issuance expenses. The total investment amount for the Kohler Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park project is 918 million yuan, and it is planned to invest 906 million yuan from the funds raised.
