Focus Technology: Shen Jinhua plans to reduce his holdings by 2%

Focus Technology announced that its controlling shareholder, Shen Jinhua, holds 147 million shares, accounting for 46.42% of the total shares. From October 14, 2025 to January 12, 2026, Shen plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 6.3447 million shares, or 2%, through centralized bidding or block trading. Director Huang Liangfa holds 4.48 million shares, accounting for 1.41%, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.12 million shares, or 0.35% during the same period.
