According to the Enterprise Check app, recently, Guangzhou Wantao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Lu Xingxing as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: sales of accessories for new energy vehicles; sales of production testing equipment for new energy vehicles; sales of charging piles; rental of charging control devices; centralized fast charging stations, etc. Equity penetration data from Enterprise Check shows that the company is wholly owned by Guangzhou Leli Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Runjian Holdings.
