Data shows that this month, the supply of foreclosed homes has decreased to 32,000 units, still the second highest for the year; the transaction volume continued to rise to 5,466 units, an increase of 11% compared to the previous month, surpassing the new high for the year in July; 71% of the properties were sold at a premium, an increase of 3 percentage points compared to the previous month. The bidding heat has also increased, with 7% of the properties sold receiving bids over 100 times.
