Wenzhou Hongfeng (300283.SZ) the controlling shareholder plans to reduce their shares by no more than 1%

China Securities Journal APP News, Wenzhou Hongfeng (300283.SZ) announced that the controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Chen Xiaoxian, plans to reduce his shareholding by not more than 4.37 million shares of the company, amounting to no more than 1% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement (not reducing holdings during the window period).
