On the evening of May 18th, Ruilin Corporation announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Qiu Guang, and Shenzhen Lihan Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., a concerted action person, hold 3.56% of the company's shares and plan to reduce their holdings by up to 13.4867 million shares. The company's executives Cheng Jun plan to reduce their holdings by up to 124,000 shares, and executive Pan Wen plan to reduce their holdings by up to 99,000 shares.
